Adminstration Intern

Administrative Tasks:
 Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying for staff members
 Maintain electronic, scan documents and hard copy filing system
 Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
 Run association’s errands to post office and office supply store
 Assist the Office Manager in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for staff members
 Screening calls and reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
 Follow up on payment from members on outstanding invoices
 Confirm members attendance for meetings
 Undertake other duties such as payment requisitions and credit card reconciliations
 Ability to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to management

Job Requirements: 

Requirements:
 Matric Essential
 Administrative and communication skills
 Must be able to use own initiative and able to handle stressful situations
 Computer Literacy essential (Microsoft Office)
 Must be a problem solver
 Excellent phone manners
 Previous experience within the same position would be an advantage
 Must be friendly, polite, hard working with the ability to work with people
 Loyal and Trustworthy
 Neat personal appearance
 Contactable references essential
