Assistant Walk-In Consultant: Eastern Cape- Port Elizabeth (3-months fixed-term contract for a Project Work)

Provide administrative assistance in receiving and capturing new individual applications ● Assisting in taking fingerprints where necessary● Completing applications on client’s behalf ● Attending to telephonic enquiries ● Scanning of photos and printing of ID Cards ● Perform all other administration tasks that are related to this function ● Provide assistance in registration of applications on a computer system ● Ensure proper filing.

Job Requirements: 

Requirements: Grade 12 and a recognized Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent coupled with at least a minimum of 6 months experience in Office Administration environment. Computer Literate: MS Word and Excel.

Essential criteria: Ideal candidate should have customer relation skills ● Interpersonal and organizational skills ● Communication skills both verbal and in writing are essential ● Office administration skills ● Computer Literacy
