Job Purpose
It is the Field ATM Technician’s job to assist the company’s service delivery team to run a smooth and efficient service that meets the highest expectation and needs of both the company and all business partners.

Key Responsibility Areas
Daily Duties
 Ability to repair and work on printers, desktops, servers and mobile computing.
 Strive for Fix First Time policy to avoid call backs
 Monitor calls not closed.
 Ensuring adequate stock levels and stock control to deliver service within customer SLA.
 Return spares or relevant equipment promptly
 Avoid incorrect parts request.
 Maintain any equipment including company tablet and tool bag at highest levels.
 Ensure your tablet is always switched on timeously
 All customer calls, situations and escalations are to be handled promptly to maintain the highest customer satisfaction.
 As a Technician, it is your role to ensure that the customer satisfaction is always kept at the highest level
 Ensure the service level agreement (SLA) is met on all calls.
 Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed according to the company requirement.

Experience
2 years’ experience in maintaining equipment in an IT environment
2 - 3 years ATM Experience
1 - 2 YEARS POS/Electro – Mechanical Skills
Computer literate in relevant operating system

 Punctuality on appointments and accurate timeous feedback to clients
 Honesty in updates on calls
 Self-motivated and ability to work independently within parameters.

 Ability to develop strong relationships within the company and with third parties.
 Willingness to work overtime and over weekends when required.

 Ability to communicate effectively.

Qualifications/ Certificates

 Matric/ Grade 12
 N+, A+
 S4 or N6 Electrical Engineering Certificate
Other Qualifications
 MCSE, equivalent or higher
 IT Systems Support
 CCNA, LINUX, Microsoft products
 2 years’ experience working as an ATM Technician
 Ability to travel (Must have own reliable transport)
