Banqueting Manager required for venue in Waterkloof Pretoria. Main duties will be managing the complete function department including staff and stock management. Must be able to enforce company standards, policies and procedures. Looking for individuals who have 4+ years banqueting management experience. Successful applicant will have the ability to work in a team and must have the ability to liaise with all the different departments. Strong F&B management knowledge essential. Applicants must have the ability to run/coordinate multiple functions at the same time. Will only consider candidates who are fully computer literate and has their own car.
