The Business and Soft Skills Trainer will provide work place skills training to Youth, deliver hands-on, practical training, experiences in a traditional or non-traditional classroom setting and/or lab environment. The instruction provided will be specific to participants enrolled on our Education and Training programmes across the career continuum including, but not limited to career starters, career changes, those seeking career advancement and professional development.
The qualified trainer will be able to participate in training needs assessment using various techniques, conduct interactive and engaging training (at multiple sites around the region) for individuals, groups and companies using alternative and non-traditional methodologies appropriate and effective for working with adult learners, coordinating with our leadership team to prepare and/or select education materials, and assist with the development and/or evaluation of new curricula and program designs.

Relevant tertiary qualification at NQF level 7.
Microsoft Office 2016 competence.
Valid driver’s licence.
Own transport an advantage.
At least 2 years experience in Business and Soft Skills related training,
Self starter and highly motivated.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
