To source new business through cold calling, internet searches, referrals and any other methods applicable
To sell training programmes:
- OD-ETDP Certificate
- OD-ETDP Diploma
- Individual Unit standard programmes
- Generic Business Management
- And any other programmes developed
To sell opportunities for projects
To sell RPL for the qualification
To sell 4HR programme (non accredited)

- 4k basic + 1k travel allowance limited
- 15wdl leave
- No other benefits
- Use of own cell phone – calls cannot be claimed

- Use of WiFi in office

Commission structure
Under 299,99.00 – no commission payable
300,000.00 – 599,999.00 = 1.75%
600,00.00 – 899,999.00 = 2.75%
900,000.00 + = 3.5%

Computer Skills
MS Word, Excel – for proposals and reporting
….and any other that the company may use

Working Hours:
08h00 - 17h00 daily, or by agreement 07h30 - 16h30

You will be required to provide daily reports to the General Manager on prospects identified, progress of sales actions and deals closed (the sales pipeline)
