Purpose of the Job
Call Centre Supervisors help train and motivate call centre representatives as they answer questions, handle complaints, and provide support for clients. Accountable for Call Centre Agents
performance through quality monitoring, a compilation of reports and coaching of Call Centre Agents to achieve high performance and growth.
Experience in Short Term Insurance / Call Centre
High School Diploma or equivalent Qualification
Knowledge in Legal, Funeral, Life insurance and Savings Products
Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience as a call centre supervisor or similar supervisory positions.
