Catering Unit & Restaurant Manager - Ruimsig

Catering Unit / Restaurant Manager required for canteen & Restaurant in Ruimsig. Looking for candidates with 4+ years relevant unit catering or restaurant management experience. Experience in front and back of house required. Must have the ability to do cash-ups as well as manage staff. Main duties will include stock control and kitchen management. The suitable individual will be able to run the front counter, ring up orders and deal with customers. All round role. Good communication essential.
