* Grade 12
* Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
* 3 years contact centre sales management is critical
* Outstanding telephone skills with an ability to translate complex technical information into layman's terms.
* Excellent written skills, with an ability to describe technical information clearly.
* Excellent time management and an ability to prioritise.
* A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
* Enjoy dealing with people and a genuine desire to assist them.
* Experience in a sales call centre role, or the events industry, and/or using event management software.
* Shift times are from 10am to 7pm or 3pm to 12am (transport will be provided for take home at the end of the 12am shift)
