Description: A well-known company is looking for a Customer Care Administrator for their Centurion Branch

Job Requirements: 

Vacancy Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent computer skills
• Administration skills
• Protect and uphold good company reputation
• Excellent computer skills
• Manage a large volume of incoming calls
• Creation of customer orders and coordinate deliveries
• Must be available immediately
• Must reside in Centurion or Surrounding area

Experience:
• At least two years’ experience in Customer Service Field
