Customer Service Advisor

A well-established BPO, part of the UK’s leading outsourcing and professional services company is seeking motivated Customer-Centric individual/s who are ready to provide exceptional customer experiences.

Knowledge and Experience
• Matric with English as a first language
• A clear credit and criminal record
• MINIMUM 12 MONTHS UNBROKEN CALL CENTRE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
• **INTERNATIONAL BPO EXPERIENCE**
• Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
• Customer focused
• An enthusiastic, positive and motivated outlook
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Both customer and quality focused
• Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone
• Work towards individual and team targets\
Monthly basic salary + Shift Allowance
Performance incentive (based on KPI’s)
Baseline Staff benefits:
