Executive secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer
Excellent diary management
Time and priority management
Documentation preparation for meetings including agendas and preparing paper and electronic board/forum/ EXCO meeting packs
Minute taking
Attend to clients during their visits
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
Language editing support
Arrange meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
Assistance with all logistics of special events, information sessions etc.
Managing and organising internal and external catering for meetings and events.
Coordinate the flow of information, providing a central point of contact for internal and external customer’s queries/complaints.
General office management:
Ordering of office supplies
Run the office regarding office infrastructure and services
Extensive travel and accommodation arrangements
Internal and external communication/liaison with key stakeholders.
Ad hoc requests

Qualification & Experience
Secretarial diploma

7 years secretarial experience on a senior/executive level
Extensive travel arrangement experience
Business etiquette on an executive level
Advanced experience in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Power Point

Business communications methods and processes
Organisational impact (red tape, protocol etc.)
Business knowledge will be to your advantage
