Facilitator/ Assessor for Business Practice L1

Milzet Holdings (Pty) Ltd is an accredited training provider with different SETAs. We are looking for a facilitator who is also an Assessor for Business Practice Level 1 qualification.

Duties will be as follows:
1. Facilitation of training;
2. Assist learners in compiling a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE);
3. Facilitator who is an Assessor will be responsible for assessing the Summative Assessments;
4. The Assessor should give a detailed/ developmental feedback to the learner, as this is a requirement; and
5. The Assessor should be available at the internal and External Moderation Site Visit.

Job Requirements: 

1. ETD qualification or working towards it and three years experience in facilitation;
2. Registered Assessor/ Moderator (preferably);
3. Computer literate especially Powerpoint presentation;
4. Have understanding of Legislation governing skills development industry;
5. Conversant in at least 2 South African languages;
6. Fluent in English;
7. Excellent in both written and verbal communication;
8. Presentable with good mannerism;
9. Must strictly reside in Cape Town; and
10. Must have experience in facilitating disabled candidates.
