Facilitator - Pretoria (Human Resources Metrics & Analytics)

We URGENTLY require the services of a Facilitator/ Assessors to Facilitate the above one week half day Training from the 13th - 17th of August 2018
* The Facilitator is required to have at least two years experience in facilitating full learnerships & workshops.
* Assessors and Moderators to ensure to attach their Constituency Reports + Motivation with your CV and all contact details.

At the end of this course participants will be able to:
 Understand the importance of HR metrics and analytics in measuring HR’s impact and drive business results
 Identify the right HR metrics (what to measure, types of measurements etc.,) – aligning HR and business goals
 Turn metrics into analytics for effective management decisions

* HR Tools and Methods
* Driving Organisational Change
* HR Metrics Overview
* Designing effective Metrics that matters
* Building HR functions metrics

Job Requirements: 


* Design workshop power point slides
* Research & prepare pertinent material (Case studies, Reading material, Class & Individual Exercises etc)
* Deliver Workshop Facilitation.

Essential Requirements:

* Sufficient Academic and Professional Qualifications + Relevant Accreditation as well as the requisite experience.
* Previous Facilitation experience
* Proficiency in both English & Portuguese.
