Facilitator: Project Management NQF level 4

Project Management NQF level 4 facilitator

•Create an understanding of the business and working environment
•Build relationships with internal stakeholders
•Create an understanding of learning methodologies appropriate to the business environment and provide specialized input in the development of delivery of training material
•Familiarise, interpret and become an expert in the products and processes in order to facilitate training as it relates to operational procedures
•Relay training material developed through experiential learning through the appropriate learning methodologies
•Review training for relevance, best for fit and the training audience
•Suggest and assist with the change in Learning material where appropriate
•Manage learning circles, communication plans and learning aids to embed learning
•To ensure that the learning material is transferred to the learners within the expected time period
•Continuous feedback given to the learners & assistance provided where necessary
•Accurate and detailed feedback provided to the management of Rosette
•Ensuring the learner’s files are completed successfully
•Ensure all Workbooks are completed and marked within the allocated time period
•Collection of files from the learner’s on the stipulated timeframes

Job Requirements: 

•At least 2 year's facilitation experience
•NQF5 Qualification or similar in the relevant fields (Added advantage)
•Managerial maturity
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Strong analytical, problem solving & conceptual skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Conflict management skills
•Coaching skills
•Strategic thinking
