Graphic Designer

1. Convert eLearning and blended learning instructional designs into online training modules (eLearning) by using text and images to communicate information and ideas:
• Design and develop interactive graphics, videos, online activities that are artistically innovative, appealing, and assist in conveying the learning message
• Code eLearning materials and activities in HTML and CSS
• Use the online LMS to create courses and load graphics, videos, online activies and HTMLs
• Proof read to produce accurate and high-quality work

2. Provide design support to the training team by designing and amending graphics as per their needs:
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Develop “brands” for various facilitated and blended learning programmes

3. Provide a graphic design service to the rest of the company:
• Design or amend graphics as per needs

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of three years’ experience in graphic design (a relevant qualification will be an advantage)
• HTML and CSS
• Advanced photoshop skills
• Develop videos using Adobe Premiere (GoAnimate and Adobe After Effects experience will be an advantage)
• Develop creative infographics
• Microsoft office at an intermediate level
• Must have attention to detail and be able to work with standards
