Group Schemes Admin & Support Agent

1) Core Purpose

Assisting and servicing Members and Companies in English and Setswana from a Customer Service point of view, as well as required daily Administration.

2) Key Role Outputs

a) Capture new Company Applications onto CRM accurately and amending all errors

b) Sending Membership Certificates through to Company for Approval, in order for the Welcome Packs to be prepared

c) Ensuring all Application, SLA's, FICA Documentation and Other has been received and filed away electronically

d) Request Membership Cards and Welcome Packs from Fulfillment and ensuring that cards and welcome packs are delivered to company

e) Monthly Invoices to be sent to all companies on time

f) Removing and Adding Members on the Groups when requests are received from Companies

g) Conducting Monthly financial checks on allocated groups to ensure that no Policies have outstanding balances

h) Retaining Members who have been cancelled due to companies requests.

i) Accurately completing all queries and providing sufficient feedback to all parties

j) Monthly Service calls made to Companies to assist with any queries/complaints

k) Confirming statuses of all members on a daily basis on PAMC and Mediscor

l) Adhering to a same day turnaround time to reply on all emails

m) Assisting Corporate Sales Executives with assistance when needed and providing detailed feedback

n) Completing daily and weekly reports

* o) Handling the please call me line with a 5-minute turnaround time for answering members

3) Mandatory Qualifications

a) Matric essential.

a) Ability to multitask is a must

b) Must have the ability to handle pressure

c) Time Management a must

d) Positive Attitude

e) Excellent phone etiquette

a) Insurance background

b) Customer Service experience

7) Knowledge and Skills

a) Must be able to work in a team as well as independently

b) Must be able to be on the phone for long periods of time, communicate and listen excellently

c) Must have the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure

d) Must have a sense of responsibility for work produced daily

e) Be able to work accurately and efficiently.

f) Computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

g) MUST be able to speak Setswana and English Fluently

c) Have good planning and organizing skills

d) Must be able to adapt to change
