Human Resource Management Lecturer

A Private Education provider is seeking to employ a Human Resource Management Lecturer at their campus in Mowbray .

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Lecture subjects within relevant curriculum
-Undertake teaching, assessment and evaluation processes
-Develop and align lessons according to course content and industry trends
-Curriculum development
-Undertake administrative and academic responsibilities
-Setting of tests and examinations
-Assessing, Marking and Moderation

In addition, lecturers are expected to:

-Carry out all functions and duties as are from time to time assigned to them and as are reasonable or lawful
-Obey and comply with all lawful and reasonable instructions given to them by the Academic Manager and/or Programme Coordinator
-Participate meaningfully in the company’s system of evaluating lecturers
-Ensure that any academic material is only distributed to registered students of the company

Job Requirements: 

Job Requirements:

-Minimum Honours Degree qualification in Human Resource Management
-Minimum 2 years lecturing and industry experience

Skills:

-Versatile with a keen attention to detail
-Ability to manage workload proactively
-Strong administration skills
-Good interpersonal relationships
-The candidate must be a team player, results driven with ability to multi-task and an eye for detail
-Presentation skills and report writing
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Ability to function well under pressure
-Be organized (pay attention to detail)
-Deadline driven and excellent with time management
-Possess excellent communication, organisation and academic
