Human Resources Manager (MKT214)
Selby, Johannesburg South
R900 000 – R950 000 CTC per month

Preference will be given to BEE candidates with strong IR experience

PRIMARY PURPOSE
Develop a Human Resources strategy, to direct and manage the functions of the HR value chain to establish a stable, competent, and productive workforce supporting the attainment of organizational strategic objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
• Degree – Human Resources
EXPERIENCE:
• 5 Years’ experience as a Generalist and 4 years at Senior Management level
• Driver’s license
• Own reliable vehicle
• Valid passport (some travel required)

DUTIES:
Major Tasks [KPI’s]:
• HR Strategy
• HR Operations
• HRD Management
• IR Management (Strong IR Experience is essential and good knowledge of legislation)
• Quality Assurance
• HR Administration/General
• Financial Management
o Interpret organisational objectives and needs across disciplines to ensure the availability and management of funds to meet the objectives of the HR function.
o Control expenditure according to budget to ensure efficient cash flow management
• People Management
• SHEQ
• Stakeholder Engagement
