Hello... an exciting new opportunity has just come available in our Central Services area. We are looking to recruit an Internal Communications Specialist. Please note that this position is only open to Hollard employees.
The Hollard Internal Communications Specialist is responsible for the development of internal communication products that enable the internal exchange of information within the Hollard environment. The role forms part of the Internal Marketing Team within the Group Marketing Function and works closely in collaboration with a broad range of internal stakeholders and particularly the People Team in order to effectively update and inform employees with relevant organisational information.
Education & Work Experience :
Bachelor Degree in Communication / Marketing or related (i.e. PR/ Journalism)
3 years internal corporate communication or similar experience
1-2 years' experience in the development and design of communication materials
Some exposure to the financial services industry advantageous
Knowledge & Skills Required:
Knowledge of the insurance industry - short term and life.
Latest communication models, techniques and tools
Solid general business acumen
PC literacy (Proficient - MS Office)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Resourcing and research skill
Sound presentation, photographic and interviewing skills
Positive and optimistic
Excellent communicator and networker
Ability to work and communicate at all levels in the organisation
