• Chair internal disciplinary enquiries.
• Prepare and represent the company in cases referred to the CCMA.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Correspondence with trade unions on specific issues raised by the Company/Union.
• Provide IR advice and expertise to management.
Excellent communication written and verbal
• 3-5 years IR experience
