IT Support Advisor [m|f] for business software

Individually tailored to your skills, you will take on challenging and varied tasks in our service department.

After an extensive introduction phase in our Head Office in Germany, you will strengthen our international customer service team‘s second level support.

Your Tasks
•Competent and friendly customer support for our transport management software application CarLo on the phone, by e-mail and via remote maintenance
• Identification and analysis of technical problems and malfunctions as well as finding solutions
• Documentation of customer requests and solutions in our ticket system
• Installation of our software products at customer site
• Configuration of our software solutions according to our customers‘ needs
• Providing customer training on site on how to use our software application

Job Requirements: 

Your Profile
• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or logistics or comparable vocational training
• Experiences in customer IT support | IT service desk, preferably for software applications
• Some initial experience in end-user training
• Profound IT skills or knowledge of the logistic sector
• Very good English language skills (spoken and written)
• Good German language skills are an advantage
• Valid driver's license Code 8
• Quick thinking and good powers of expression
• Efficiency
• Willingness to travel
