IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

We are a new company needing staff with a passion to get going with a fresh new vision. We offer service level agreements to companies to handle all their IT issues through Remote Desktop Support with the latest RMMA/PSA software, so knowledge and experience in this area would be a great benefit.

This position will also offer you an opportunity to not only earn a basic but also commission for any leads you can bring in to grow our business. So if you have any contacts out there, this could be a great opportunity for you! This post is for a permanent position, but we will also be outsourcing at some stage as we grow. Please state if you would be interested in this option if you want to apply for that so long instead.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Remote desktop support (via RMM/PSA programs) or in person
Configuration and setup routers.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
Installing, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Installation, re-installation of MS operating system, drivers and relevant MS software
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
1st line desktop troubleshooting. 2nd line advantageous
Working knowledge on LAN/WAN

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Remote desktop service support experience. Min 3 to 4 years.
Must have worked with RMM/PSA programs as well as teamviewer

N+
MCSE
MCSA
Microsoft 365
Knowledge of Internet Service Providers
Knowledge of AV programs & cloud computing platforms.
Speaking/reading/writing of English and Afrikaans is a requirement!
