Provide IT Support utilizing multiple Channels Including phone, Email and desk site visit
Analyses, troubleshoots, and resolves workstation, software, printer, peripherals,
telecommunications devices, and media services equipment issues and deploying end-user replacement systems and;
Assist the IT team in tracking and tagging hardware assets
• ICT related qualification.
• MCP, CompTIA A+, N+ Certificate and other certifications are advantageous.
• 2-3 years previous experience in an ICT support environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, including Office 365.
