For example, some clients prefer face-to-face (classroom) as the main delivery method with online top up and support including video copies of the training sessions for those who missed a class. Other clients have embraced our online, tablet or computer delivery with periodic webinar tutorials because it allows them to reach staff in the more remote areas.

Job Requirements: 

Principal functions and responsibilities:
• Sales
o Generate leads in collaboration with marketing
o Convert leads to sales and meet set sales targets per qualification
o Load new leads on the CRM & convert leads to contacts when they enrolled

• New learner enrolments
o Compile list of learners for monthly enrolments for online learning and communicate to faculty
o Create individual files for learners on Dropbox according to the defined naming convention
o Collect NRLD info and insert in learner file

• Accounts queries and payments
o Assist learners with account enquiries
o Follow up on payment of accounts (learners)
o Do invoices and credit notes when needed by Faculties & monthly recurring invoices after enrolments

• Manage Zendesk

o Attend to enquiries on Zendesk and distribute tickets ensure tickets are closed within 24 hours
o Provide student support with various queries

• RPL Screening
o Conduct RPL Screening interviews
o Communicate with learner results and allocate learner to relevant online qualification
o Create learner file in Dropbox and communicate with faculty
o Collect NRLD information and insert in learner file

Knowledge and skills
• Sales skills
• Knowledge of the online market
• Client relationship management and customer service (CRM) (like Zoho CRM, Salesforce or an equivalent)
• Negotiation and conflict management
• Problem solving and decision making
• Computer literate
• Comfortable with various IT systems to support sales process

Experience
• 3 – 5 years sales experience (preferably in the education industry)

• Matric
• NQF 5 qualification (minimum)
