Marketing Manager

My client is seeking a marketing manager in the FMCG sector

Create awareness about the brand in the country
Create a network of clients and other related stakeholders
Promote the company’s services in the market
Collect relevant market intelligence and design a value proposition to clients
Increase client base whilst retaining existing clients
Attend industry relevant events and keep abreast of the developments in the industry.
Expand service offerings from the current trades and programs.
Ensure that feedback sessions are held with clients
Convert leads into sales
Ensure budgeted sales are met, even exceeded
Ensure sales are achieved profitably
Ensure enrolment is aligned to the available resources.
Ensure that the training process is managed efficiently and effectively.

Observe group’s values and maintain high moral ground whilst conducting the company’s business
Ensure that all company’s standard operating procedures, rules and regulations are observed at all times

Matric + Marketing / Communication degree
Minimum of 3 to 5 years Marketing Management experience – essential
FMCG background beneficial
Executive level marketing experience beneficial
Business-minded individual and excellent communicator
Budget development and management experience
Team leading and mentoring experience – essential
Creative experience in a large brand management capacity
