MONITORING AND EVALUATION ADMINISTRATOR
The core purpose of the job is to assist uphold minimum quality standards across all institutional departments by maintaining records and providing administrative support to the Monitoring and Evaluation Department in order that the department may operate efficiently.
CORE FUNCTIONS INCLUDE
Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent qualification
1 Years’ experience in an auditing environment or accreditation in the higher education sector
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
Organisational and coordination skills.
Data analysis and interpretation.
Communication skills, both verbal and written.
After hours and Saturday work may be required.
Special or ad-hoc projects may be allocated as determined by the institutions operational requirements.
