Network Technical Analyst


Key Performance Areas: Administer and Maintain PSiRA Local Area Network (LAN) • Administer and Maintain Aruba layer 2 and layer 3 switches • Administer and Maintain Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager • Administer and Maintain Aruba Airwave • Administer and Maintain Aruba Access Points across all offices • Administer and Maintain DNS and DHCP environment • Configure new layer 2 and layer 3 switches and access points across all offices • Ensure all network devices and software are properly patched and up to date. • Technical troubleshooting on all network infrastructure • Proactive monitoring of all network infrastructure • Research and implement new network security solutions in line with best practises • Be able to work after hours and over weekends when needed. • Occasional Travel will be needed when requested. • Log calls with third parties and other service providers and follow up on a regular basis • Provide monthly reporting on network infrastructure • Develop and oversee network procedures ensuring they are accurate and up to date • Perform any other duties as required.

Job Requirements: 

Requirements: National Diploma in Information Technology or Project Management coupled with 2 to 3 years’ experience in configuring and supporting Aruba switches, Access Points ,Clearpass Manager and Airwave, configuring and supporting DNS and DHCP, configuring Network Security on layer 2 and layer 3 devices, working with Firewalls • Valid Network certification • Basic knowledge and understanding of SD-WAN solutions will be an added advantage• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and applicable knowledge and experience on the Job may be considered during the selection process.
