OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / CLERK

Responsibilities
• Provide customer service excellence and contribute to Office efficiency (Debtors, Creditors, General Office Admin, Customer queries, Data input into Pastel Accounting).
• Maintain filing system for Project Managers and Senior Office Administrator.
• Any other general office duties;
• Any other clerical duties;
• General report writing

Job Requirements: 

Requirements
• Matric/Grade 12.
• 3 – 5 years working experience as an Office Administrator or relevant role.
• A formal accounting/administration qualification would be advantageous.
• Demonstrable working experience of Accounting Packages (Pastel) advantageous.
• Familiarity with office management procedures.
• Effective information management.
• Organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive and meticulous.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• MS Office (Demonstrable experience of Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Must stay in the TEKSA area ( Trichardt, Evander, Kinross, Secunda, )
• Must have own transport and a valid drivers license.
