Office manager (MKT085)
Randburg
R18000 – R21000 per month

Must have experience with legal suite
Must have a secretarial certification
Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates

Previous experience within a legal environment would be recommended
(please note we are not looking for a candidate with a LLB, paralegal, legal secretary – we are looking for an Office Manager)
Support and secretarial for 3 partners and 1 Associate
Answering phones and manning of reception
Refreshments for clients and guests
Shopping list for office including alcohol
Any meals for clients – on request
Petty cash
Registered post preparation, tracking and capturing on Legal suite (serving)
Filing- general & ELRC and maintenance of filing cabinet
Diarising and drawing ELRC files
Support of IT, printers, phones and fibre
Diary management
Boardroom/meeting room maintenance, making sure clean and booking for meetings.
Liaising with managing agent re window cleaning, maintenance, aircon etc.
copies, printing, capturing on Legalsuite.
Archiving files (Tidyfiles)
Insurance – company and personal (managing and keeping up to date, claims etc)
Invoicing from Legalsuite (ELRC)
Diarising birthdays and arranging cards, cake etc.
Opening files on Legalsuite, capturing on server, creating soft file
Preparing tenders and ensuring the deadline is met.
