Office/Learner Administrator

A Private technical FET college based in Kya Sands requires an individual to perform the following duties:
Upload learner information and achievements on SETA LMS
Assist with preparing training manuals and materials
Manage learner attendance registers and related documentation and conduct daily attendance analysis
Type reports, letters, training schedules, assessment results and general correspondence
Liaising with learners and clients in connection with all training matters
Work closely with SETA's in connection with learner registration, certification etc
Filing and general office administration

Job Requirements: 

Sound knowledge and ability in MS Office including Word and Excel
Advantageous is prior experience in SETA Learner Management systems for uploading learner information and achievements
Advantageous is an understanding of the education and training landscape especially in the FET sector
Attention to detail with an ability to multi task
Well developed communication skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Be able to plan and organise your work effectively
