Operations Manager : Law Firm

Professional Services company based in Sandton is looking for a seasoned professional who has been in charge of the Operations of a Building /Property including all Facilities of a company

The client does NOT want someone who has worked for a Facilities company but only someone who has worked IN HOUSE for a company and managed the following services of the company :

* Budget management ( this is essential ) The ideal candidate will have had experience in handling procurement and quotes from external suppliers and organising the payments of the invoices to the outsourced companies .Experience in Service Level Agreements is essential
* Facilities and Building management including space management
* Improvements or Renovations to property as and when necessary so some construction management is needed for this role
* General Maintenance
* Cleaning services
* Hygiene
* Pest control
* Landscaping
* Security
* Cost and Energy saving and efficiencies
* Management of Office services including technical service providers
* Service Level Agreements with outside suppliers and vendors
* Staff management experience
* OHASA ( Occupational Health and Safety) control including Risk Assessments
* Insurance portfolio management for all Assets
* Management of Parking bays and Fleet management
* Business Continuity Planning and Disaster recovery
