Payroll Administrator

This is a position for an individual with experience in finance and administration and an extraordinary drive and passion, with the purpose of managing payroll for employees and ensuring a proper flow and maintenance of employee data.

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
 Must handle the administration of the electronic timekeeping system where applicable.
 Must maintain employee records
 Review employee changes for proper authorization

Professional skills and Personal Attributes:
 Excellent computer skills using MS Word, Excel, Access, and Internet Explorer
 Strong skills when using and understanding the flow of transactions in an integrated and automated payroll accounting system.
 Excellent problem solving and high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
 Strong organizational skills
 Ability to work under pressure.
 Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.

Job Requirements: 

 Degree in Business Administration/Finance is required and an Accounting or HR Degree is preferred.
 Three years in a Payroll Office performing all payroll functions as well as experience in Finance and Administration.
