PKI Operations Administration Coordination Specialist

Key Roles and responsibilities:

• Scheduling and coordination of events
- Scheduling of DR Site visits
- Scheduling of biweekly maintenance
- Scheduling of CRL updates
- Coordination of trusted roles and shareholders, coordinate the transfer of roles if there is any staff movement
• System monitoring and trouble ticket escalation
- Monitoring of PRTG events
- Configuration of PRTG alerting
- Reporting of PRTG alert triggers
- Trend reporting on PRTG alert triggers
- Trouble ticket escalation to service provider and vendors if required
• PKI Operations and Governance documentation
Manage the lifecycle of the mandatory PKI documentation. Provide input into
the governance documentation. Circulate for review and approval.

Job Requirements: 

Minimum requirements:
• Mandatory: BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent
• Mandatory: 3+ years of experience in information security (business analysis, presales,
consulting, integration)
