My client in the financial industry is seeking private banker to service the shariah compliant side of Islamic banking.
Duties include managing and growing client portfolios through constant client engagement and relationship
management.Achieving revenue targets by optimising revenue opportunities and mining opportunities from client
base. New client acquisitions and sales support efficiencies and client services to ensure client retention, measured
by the net promoter score. Understanding and marketing transactional banking products and solution with in the
private wealth offering. Understanding and market all Lending solutions within the Wealth offering: Overdrafts,
Mortgage (Single Home loan), Mortgage (Multiple asset/ multiple property), Commercial Property Finance, Share
Successfully implement, track and report on Client Campaigns and initiatives. - Deliver exceptional service that
exceeds client expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions. Ensure client retention and
satisfaction levels (measured via the Net Promoter Score).
Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements. - Provide an efficient client focused
administrative service through careful planning, reporting and updating of all related information* Co-ordinate and
liaise with internal service provides e.g.* Credit,* Valuations,*Legal, *Fulfillment. To ensure that client expectations
are met, Assist to track, control and influence sales activities to increase efficiencies and client delivery.
