This role primarily involves Business process design, development and implementation focused on the OSS BSS environment of a network operator. This resource must be self-reliant and perform their work independently .
Technical telco experience is preferred but not critical and should have at least 4 years of Process Analyst/ Process Engineering/ Business Analyst experience
Run business/ process improvement projects independently & professionally report to senior management
Conduct process workshops independently, professionally with personnel to gather information
Logically and accurately map the business process steps into the BPM tool, Tibco Nimbus (Refinery), according to the defined standard.
Maintain existing processes and documents in Refinery
Assess the operational impact associated with new processes or process changes and facilitate training, deployment and adoption
Proactively assist in the identification and root cause analysis of issues and implement process improvements.
Establish and implement metrics, reports and check points for processes
Manage components of Refinery (Tibco Nimbus) System Administration
Manage First Line Refinery Support & log tickets with Tibco Support when required
Manage Process Change Control and ensure there is a methodical approach to co-ordinate the definition and implementation of system and process changes
Attach & maintain correct forms, templates and work instructions to processes
Train new Refinery (Tibco Nimbus) authors, change managers and end users
Mentor & train other Process Analysts including quality assuring their work and facilitating where required
Drive process adoption & compliance with end users (process executors)
Establish and implement metrics, report and check points for processes.
