Project Administrator

Responsibilities

• Meticulously checking training agreements
• Capturing achievements/results of trainees on various SETA indiciums
• Organising logistical arrangements: venue hire, catering, accommodation etc.
• Liaising with facilitators and assessors regarding logistical arrangements
• Filing, scanning and printing of relevant paperwork
• Updating and checking of spreadsheet reports
• Organising and packing of training material for distribution to various training centres
• Completing and submitting invoices and payment requisitions for processing
• Communicating with various stakeholders regarding upcoming training.

Job Requirements: 

Diploma in Business Administration or Project Management
1-2 years previous experience in an administrative role- essential
Valid driver’s license
