The project design, benchmark, deliverables and budget performance are all components the project manager closely observes. Ensure quality work is delivered in accordance with client specification. Coordinates consultant work, allocating and utilising resources maximize efficiency and results. Coordinate and ensure good team effort and participation from all consultants.

Project Duties:
1. Manage and lead Project team against performance standards and required results
2. Conduct presentation and validation assessments at client
3. Manage and coordinate partners and work groups engaged in project work
4. Develop and maintain detailed project plan
5. Manage project deliverables in line with the project plan, budget and scope
6. Record and manage project discrepancies, consult and escalate where necessary
7. Consolidate, prepare and forward project status reports to clients as per agreed time frame
8. Consult and update senior management with daily status reports
9. Work closely with Business Development Manager to ensure the project fulfils the client expectations, identify any new client training needs and diversify training needs and requirements
10. Inform existing and new clients of Kukhula’s new product, to market Psychometric Assessment tools
11. Facilitate Psychometric Assessments to employees of the client
12. Facilitate the Practitioners findings of the assessment with the employee
13. Facilitate the feedback with the client on the staff results and the practitioner’s recommendations and findings
14. Continues oversight of the Training centre managers duties, ensuring all training runs according to time and scope
15. Assist ETQA with Site Visits by delivering documents and records linked with Projects such as but is not limited to the Learner Management System, Learner Entry, Attendance, Portfolio Submission’s and Exit Reports.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the accurate, quality and timely completion of all training projects
2. Responsible for the immediate intervention of any client concerns, and escalate to executive management where necessary
3. Responsible for training completion in line with budgetary requirements

Job Requirements: 

Knowledge, skills and expertise:

1. Thorough and in-depth understanding of the ETQA, SAQA, SETA, Learnerships and Skills Programmes
2. In depth understanding of procedures related to each department in the organization
3. Remedy internal matters firstly thru consultation, and mediation
4. Able to identify and articulate training needs and skill deficiency
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Able to articulate abstract concepts into practical examples
7. Able to motivate and manage a team
8. Communicate in a professional manner
9. As a minimum 3 year equivalent or related Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Qualification (NQF Level 5)
