We are looking for Branch Coordinators in the following provinces: KZN- Durban, Western Cape - Cape Town and Free State - Bloemfontein
Registration promotion exercise to increase the number of registered persons in the province;
Develops reports and keeps record of all registration statistics in the Province;
Coordination of projects aimed at improving registration numbers;
Communicates centrally with the Registration and Education Managers regarding interviews/reviews and training etc;
Works with universities to encourage students to register with ECSA;
Advises on budget for Provincial functional and support cost;
Seek approval for the authorization of costs related to Provincial Operations;
Create public awareness about ECSA brand and its office in the Province
Identify and advise Provincial opportunities to promote ECSA visibility.
Development of Provincial Stakeholder database;
Facilitate proactive media engagements and enquires through the national spokesperson;
Coordination of claims for activities delegated to the Satellite Office;
Manages ECSA projects pertaining to the Province;
Makes input on provincial operations onto the Operational Performance Plan;
Keeps records of all Satellite Office activities in the province;
Attends to walk in enquires, queries and complaints.
Recognised Degree or equivalent qualification;
5 years’ of which 3 should be within project and stakeholder management;
Advanced use of MS Office Suite;
Knowledge of legislation regarding Engineering Profession Act.
