Python Developer


Python Product Developer required in Cape Town. You will be part of a cross-functional diverse team of talented individuals who are thought partners with a shared interest in the success of our company. We are curious, passionate, short on ego and high on output. We love what we do and what we create. Commercial experience of Python and Django is a must with strong knowledge of MySQL or other database systems such as PostgreSQL.

• You will be a Python developer with commercial product experience who will lead the development of our future products
• Interfacing with 3rd party providers
• Training clients on product usage
• Building interfaces for new customers to access these products
• Adding some frontend screens
• High volume, database queries
• Developing, checking, and deploying reports
• Participate in the Agile ceremonies and development processes.
• Assisting with support on customer queries

Job Requirements: 

• Commercial product development experience is a must
• Experience of commercial development in Python is essential as well as the ability to utilise Django for commercial software development
• Experience of utilising MySQL or other database systems
