Receptionist and Administration Assistant

Description of business:

We are looking for a well-spoken and dynamic person to represent our reception area of our very busy and large company.


* Previous experience as a receptionist.
* Excellent telephone skills which includes great communication skills.
* Well-groomed and presented.
* Must be able to multi task and work well under pressure.
* Must have their own transport and be reliable.
* Computer literate in Pastel, Excel and Word
* Excellent typing skills.
* Well-groomed and good general etiquette.

Main responsibilities highlighted:

Applicant must be confident and have a clear communication mannerism. They must be able to handle and manage all calls, especially new business that comes through. Needs to have fantastic organizational skills to ensure daily tasks are done before close of business every day. This person must be able to use their own initiative to ensure that all departments work holistically together.

Key Skills:

* Firm but polite attitude.
* Excellent telephone skills, and can handle unexpected questions in an upbeat manner.
* Must have broad shoulders and willing to go the extra mile for clients.
* Must have a sense of working on your own and someone that uses their own initiative will be successful with this application.
