The Regional Administrator is responsible for providing overall administrative support for the Regional Manager and Marketing team.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process payments for the regional offices including Marketing and Sales Department at Head office.
Ensure regional offices have petty cash available
Manage payments for all regional marketing events
Manage business travel arrangements for the Regional Manager including booking of flights and accommodation
Oversee the expenditure for the regions
Manage casual wages payments for the regional offices
Collect and check overtime claim forms for all regional office staff
2. Marketing (head office and regional)
Act as a liaison between head office and the Regions
Assist Office Managers with all Marketing events for the Regions
Perform administrative functions for Regional Manager, including but not limited to business travel arrangements, coordination of internal and external meetings and events, file and calendar maintenance
Responsible for office management, such as maintaining office supplies, ordering business cards and stationery, assisting in business continuity planning, and acting as point of contact for regional offices.
3. Adhoc and other related duties as required.
