Job Description:
We are a growing business college based in Fourways and we’re on the lookout for an experienced business to business sales person with a passion for education and an understanding of the importance of innovation.

We are looking to for someone who will focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth. With the ability to maximise sales potential, crafting sales plans and delivery of relevant and purposeful product offerings for our clients.

Chartall Business College is an innovative and modern provider of education and training. We use multiple modes of training delivery to enhance our course offering and we can tailor a unique solution for each client. For example, some clients prefer face-to-face (classroom) as the main delivery method with online top up and support including video copies of the training sessions for those who missed a class. Other clients have embraced our online, tablet or computer delivery with periodic webinar tutorials because it allows them to reach staff in the more remote areas.

Job Requirements: 

Principal functions and responsibilities:
Sales
• Achieve revenue growth and sales targets
• Responsible for the design and implementation of a sales plan that expands Chartall Business College customer base and ensure its strong presence in the education sector
• Build and foster strong, customer relationships by partnering with new and existing customers and understanding their needs
• Identify developing markets and market changes while being fully aware of new products and competition within the education sector
• Present sales, revenue, realistic forecasts and other required reports
• Provide guidance and support to Sales hub and online market targets
• Prepare and negotiate SLA’s with customers
• Contribute to product innovation and development

Knowledge and skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to implementation
• Knowledge and understanding of the education sector and SETA landscape
• Client relationship management and customer service orientated
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Critical problem solving and decision making

Experience
• 5 years + in Sales (preferably in the education sector)

Qualifications
• Matric
• Degree in business administration or related field (minimum)
