Sales Representative ( MKT186)

R10 000.00 including basic, Cell & Car Allowance + Petrol Card + Company tablet + Good Commission structure

Sales Area covered JHB and Limpopo regions (3 weeks JHB, 1 week Limpopo)

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12, bonus if some sort of formal education
Min 4 years’ external sales experience, and or 2 years if sales was in the retail sector
Valid Code 8 Drivers-Licence and own Reliable Transport Essential.
Neat appearance, well groomed, outgoing personality

Responsibilities:
be self-motivated, responsible, manage your time appropriately and achieve monthly targets as set out in our monthly budget.
computer Literate Office 365 (Excel, Word, Office)
follow through on assignments as set down by SM.
Excellent Communication Skills (Close Deals, Negotiate Space, profiles and Range)
be an outgoing and vibrant person, interact with people on all levels
be innovative/creative in achieving your sales target
the successful candidate will receive a well-established customer base which needs to be visited on a regular basis. Some stores monthly or by-weekly. (The key to success is to view your customer base as a business within a business)
retain customer relations and source new business
be responsible for profiles ordered into stores and the upliftment of all (Faulty and Rotation Stock)
train staff in stores on technical aspects of your products as well as selling skills
promote your product to customers in stores on weekends from time to time as required
always manage stock profiles in stores, as it’s forever changing
adhere to call cycle visits as set out on your daily call cycle plan
follow the prescribed procedure when returning stock from customers to Head Office.
needs to travel for business and be required to stay overnight at a guesthouse to do the distance travelled.
