Security Sales Consultant

The Security Sales Consultant will be responsible for growth within an allocated territory through sale of the Company's full range of services, including: Security Officers, Security Technologies, Investigations and Training.
The selected candidate will report to the Marketing/BIDS & Domestic Director.


- Develop a Sales Plan and forecast market potential within an allocated territory/target market
- Ensure that the Sales Plan is implemented to achieve growth within the allocated territory/target market
- Pro-actively identify and establish communications with Organisations that can benefit from the Company's range of Services
- Conduct site surveys and provide Security solutions to potential clients
- Generate quotes and pricing options in accordance with Client requests
- Build referral relationships and lead generation network


- Solid Computer Proficiency
- Matric Certified
- PSIRA Grade C Registered
- 3 years of direct Sales experience in the Security Industry
- Code 08 unendorsed driver's licence with own reliable vehicle

- Superior presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills
- High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers
- Strong commitment to service and quality standards as well as Client Satisfaction
- Travel is essential for this position
