Senior Debtors Administrator:
A well-established company within the Tourism industry based in Green Point is looking to employ a Senior Debtors Administrator.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Debtors controller.
Industry specific experience an advantage.
Experience dealing with Corporate and Government client base.
Quicktrav experience an advantage.
Intermediate to Advance excel skills.
Experience in reconciling accounts in Excel essential.
Good communication, time management and organizational skills.
Dealing with volumes comfortably.
Strong Debtors collection skills both telephonically and via email.
Good communication skills (telephonic, email, fax, interpersonal).
Attention to detail.
Invoicing- and/ Processing experience would be advantageous.
Mature minded individual able to deal with high pressure situations.
Must hold a KPA / KPI scoring of 4 or greater.
Must have a time and attendance record of above 95%.
Must have a clean HR record for the past 12 months.
Strong competence in adhering to customer service level agreement.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with team members.
