A position exists for a Senior Support Engineer on our helpdesk.
This person will be the first point of contact with clients to offer support on IT related issues to our clients.
This person will also assist with configuration, support and maintenance of including, but not limited to our 3CX system; VoIP gateways; routers, switches and firewalls; various VoIP, network and system platforms; advanced routing & natting configs; domain setup for websites and emails; setting up VPN's between sites; change & maintain DNS records; setup wireless AP's for clients.
Provide back-up to other Support Engineers
4+ years experience in a same or similar role;
in depth knowledge of MikroTik and VoIP;
must be able to decipher large routing/firewall tables and SIP logs;
be very reliable and a great problem solver;
take ownership of your work and be pro-active;
must have good leadership skills and work ethics.
