Description: A well-known company is looking for a Service Centre/Customer Care for their Centurion Branch

Job Requirements: 

Vacancy Requirements:
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Knowledge of Omni/SYSPRO System (Advantageous)
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
• Initiative & Reliability
• Ability to multitask
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Administration skills
• Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations
• Following Instructions and Procedures
• Must be available immediately
• Must live in Centurion or surrounding areas

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming calls
• Protect and uphold good company reputation
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Adapt to different customer characters and personalities
• Responsible for all daily transactions
• Manage the trip sheets on daily basis
• Allocating spares to jobs/invoicing on OMNI Accounts
• Liaise with Warehouse and different stores
Experience:
• 2 years of experience in Customer Service
