Duties & responsibilities
-Thorough knowledge of SETA and QCTO operations;
-Application of DG’s & Project roll outs;
-Ability to Project Manage;
-Knowledge on WSP and ATR submissions;
-Advanced knowledge on accurately and effectively to operate the LMS;
-Knowledge on initiating and closing up SETA accreditation processes;
-Liaise with facilitators, assessors and moderators.
-Diploma/degree in Human Resources;
-Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in training;
-Advanced time management; communication & presentation skills;
-Team player; task oriented with excellent management skills;
-Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines;
-Driver’s license, with own car ( added advantage).
