SMT Facilitator/Coach

We are updating our database and looking for persons who are able to do the following:

- Facilitate training workshops with School Management Team members both face-to-face and virtually
- Conduct presentations via Powerpoint during workshops
- Coach and support SMT members at their schools
- Travel using own vehicle to some rural schools for coaching purposes
- Provide professional guidance to SMT members
- Develop and present reports
- Use technology effectively in collating information and reporting
- Conduct administrative duties (maintaining records of weekly & monthly activities conducted)
- Attend project meetings, at least once monthly

Job Requirements: 

- Minimum 5 years experience in an SMT position in a school (principal, DP, HOD) or Circuit Manager
- Minimum 3 year qualification in education, Honours/Masters level preferred
- Education Management qualification or Project Management will be an added advantage
- ICT practical skills on MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) are a MUST
- Valid drivers' license
- Own reliable car/transport
- Own reliable laptop
